These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Saints Academy Dual Certification Program event ("Event"). By registering or attending, you agree to comply with all rules outlined in this document.
Participants must provide accurate personal details during registration. Minors (under 18) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Rugby is a contact sport and may involve risk of injury. By participating or attending, you acknowledge and accept all inherent risks.
The Event organizers, sponsors, and staff will not be liable for any injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
Refunds are issued under the following conditions:
Special cases (medical emergency, unavoidable circumstances) may be considered upon written request with supporting documents.
The organizers reserve the right to modify the schedule, venue, or event activities due to weather conditions, safety issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
By attending the event, you grant permission for photos and videos to be captured and used for promotional purposes across digital and print media.
Your registration information will be used solely for event-related communication and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
